I am a coastal and mountain artist with roots going back three generations in Santa Cruz and Yosemite. I’m a painter, muralist, screen printer, wood worker, and co-founder/designer for Feral Lux, a lifestyle apparel company. Decades of curious observation as a surfer, backpacker, and world traveler, detailed by notes and sketches in my journals, are the foundation of my work. Creativity began as a small child encouraged by artistic parents. Time and energy after high school were dedicated to personal adventures and the creative process in Kauai. Since earning a painting degree from San Jose State University, my training for the past 17 years has continued with an eclectic combination of global travels, ongoing mentorships, and one-on-one apprenticeships with numerous prolific artists.
